WindowBuddy Free
The Free features do not expire and do not require payment. WindowBuddy Pro unlocks the additional features identified in the app and on the pricing page.
One-time 7-day Pro trial
You may start one 7-day Pro trial per Mac from the WindowBuddy License window. No card is required and the trial does not renew or charge you. When it ends, Pro features lock and the Free features keep working. You can then choose Monthly or Lifetime if you want to continue using Pro.
Monthly cancellation
You can cancel from WindowBuddy’s License window through Stripe’s customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Pro access continues through the billing period already shown by Stripe, unless a payment is refunded, disputed, or otherwise reversed.
Lifetime license
The $4.99 lifetime option is a one-time purchase for permanent use of the WindowBuddy Pro version you purchase and compatible updates made available through WindowBuddy’s updater. A license may be activated on up to three Macs for your own use.
Refunds
Contact us if a purchase was accidental, duplicated, or the software does not work as described. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are always honored where required by applicable law. Canceling a monthly plan prevents future charges; completed billing periods are not prorated unless required by law.
Software and updates
WindowBuddy is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep it compatible with supported macOS releases, but cannot guarantee compatibility with every application, window type, display arrangement, or future system update.

Use the license recovery page with the email and Stripe reference from the purchase. If automated recovery is unavailable, email contact@matthewjgl.com with a short description of the request. Do not email full payment-card details.
